Located between Charlotte’s East/West Connector, and across the street from the Regional Hospital that services all western Charlotte’s Metropolitan area. This facility was built on a major arterial road with a traffic count of over 48,000 cars daily which supports the growth of the local medical campus. Since constructed a 600+ employee hospital administration building has been constructed on the North, while a Hilton Hotel is due to be completed on the adjacent lot to the South in 2018.
